COURSE PILATES STUDIO – MONOTHEMATIC COURSES
The aim of the course of World Pilates F. is to train Professional teachers of Pilates throughout the year.
By passing the final exam you will receive a certificate with the level of the course attended and the result, in case of non-exceedance of the exam, we allow you to repeat the test after an appropriate period without any additional costs.
Our courses are organized in small groups or individual lectures, thereby we offer a great organizational flexibility.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BASIC COURSE:
10 individual lessons or 20 group lessons certified by a Pilates Center, Professional Curriculum Vitae, you must be over legal age.
TRAINING
INTRODUCTORY COURSE
Introduction Pilates; History of the method; Principles; Who is it for; Benefits; Anatomy; Biomechanics.

BASIC COURSE
Matwork; Reformer; Cadillac; Chair; Barrel; Step Barrel.
After working 16 hours of practice-training, from the end of the Basic Course, certified by a Pilates Center or self-certified in case of possession of Pilates equipment, students can access the exam.
The examination is divided into three parts: written, oral, and practical, lasting one day.
After passing the exam you get the certification as: Teacher Pilates method World Pilates Basic Level.
In case of non-exceedance of the exam you are allowed to repeat it after an appropriate period.
Students have a maximum time of 6 months to support it.
NB: All these parameters are the same for the single-topic courses except for:
- The topic covered during the course will be adapted depending on the course to which you have subscribed;
- The hours of practice/internship must be done in a specific way depending on the chosen course;
- The necessary hours of practice/training to access the Intermediate Course from the Base Level are 48 instead of 96.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE INTERMEDIATE COURSE:
To access the Intermediate Course, you have to do 96 hours of practice/training after the Basic Course within 12 months, certified by a Pilates Center or self-certified in case of possession of Pilates equipment, or the participation to Practice Days or Specialized Master organized during that period.
The access to the Intermediate Course, by teachers who possess the certification of Basic Course released by other training schools, will be evaluated through an entrance test which will be followed, if necessary, by the required training.
INTERMEDIATE COURSE:
